David Foxen - President Magnolia Shores HOA
04MAR2026
Dear Magnolia Shores Residents,
It is an honor to serve you as the newly appointed President of our HOA. Magnolia Shores is more than a neighborhood—it is a community of families, professionals, retirees, and neighbors who share a common investment in the place we call home. I step into this role with gratitude, humility, and a strong commitment to serve you well.
My leadership philosophy is simple: servant leadership. That means listening first, communicating clearly, and making decisions that reflect the best interests of our entire community. I believe our HOA should operate with transparency, fiscal responsibility, and consistency, while always preserving the character, safety, and value of our neighborhood.
In the coming months, my priorities will include:
• Strengthening communication between the Board and residents
• Ensuring responsible stewardship of our budget and common areas
• Promoting neighbor engagement and community pride
• Addressing concerns in a fair, respectful, and timely manner
In addition, our Board currently has one vacant seat, and we are actively seeking a neighbor willing to serve the community in this capacity. Looking ahead, three Board seats will also become vacant in June 2026. Healthy communities depend on engaged residents, and I strongly encourage anyone interested in contributing to the direction and stewardship of Magnolia Shores to consider volunteering. If you would like more information about Board service and responsibilities, please reach out.
I welcome your input and encourage open dialogue. Our community is strongest when residents are informed, involved, and heard. If you have ideas, concerns, or simply want to introduce yourself, I look forward to connecting.
Thank you for your trust. I am committed to working diligently to help Magnolia Shores continue to thrive—not just as a place to live, but as a place we are proud to call home.
With appreciation,
David D. Foxen
President, Magnolia Shores HOA
